1969 Telecaster Pickup Set 🎸
Hand-wound, vintage correct, aged and relic’d — designed to deliver those great late-’60s Telecaster tones.
Bridge Pickup
- Wound with period-correct Plain Enamel AWG42 pickup wire
- DC resistance: approx. 6.6 kΩ
- Vintage ’69-spec grey-bottom, black-top flatwork
- Alnico 5 magnets
- copper-plated steel baseplate
- Coil wrapped with 8-strand white cotton string
- Wax potted in a paraffin and beeswax blend
- 6-32 x 5/8″ round-head screws
- Vintage-style pickup tension/height tubing
- Raised “D” and “G” magnets
- South Up/CCW
Neck Pickup
- Wound with period-correct AWG43 Plain Enamel wire
- DC resistance: approx. 6.95 kΩ
- Vintage-spec black flatwork / vulcanized fiberboard
- Flat Alnico V magnets, protruding from the bottom just like the originals
- Wax potted
- Black and white PVC leads
- South Up/CCW
Mounting Hardware
Mounting screws and vintage-style tubing are included.
⚠️ Important: Telecaster neck pickups can be mounted using either wood screws or pickguard screws.

Wood Mounting Screws
- #3 x 1″ Round Head Wood Screws
- These screws mount directly into the body/wood underneath the pickguard.
- Because wood screws require larger mounting holes in the pickup, we will re-drill the pickup mounting holes to fit them.
Pickguard Mounting Screws
- #4-40 UNC Phillips Pan Head Pickguard Screws
- These mount the pickup directly to the pickguard, allowing pickup height adjustment without removing the pickguard.
This set is NOT R.W.R.P.
If you’d like the pickups to be hum-cancelling when both pickups are active, let us know and we can arrange it.
Handling and production time is 3 – 5 business days. Orders with larger quantity of pickups (5 or more pcs) might take longer.
Combined shipping – the items you have purchased will be shipped together in the same package and the actual costs will be calculated at the checkout page.
Available shipping options are Croatia Post AIR MAIL priority registered shipping service (usually 1-2 weeks to the EU and 2-4 weeks overseas) or DHL International Express (5-10 days to the EU and 7-14 days overseas). Tracking information will be available at 17track, USPS or DHL web tracking service.
