How can I pay?

We securely accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.

Customers with shipping address in Croatia can also use Cash On Delivery (placanje pouzecem). Payment method options are visible during checkout.
All information is secure and encrypted when you transmit data through our website. Secure shopping is guaranteed.

Do I have to pay VAT?

Deliveries within Croatia and to the EU countries will be charged VAT. Orders outside of the EU will not be charged VAT.

Can I buy VAT-free if I am ordering for a company?

Companies and taxpayers ordering from EU-member state may be exempt from paying VAT if they tax number is listed in VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) database. You can check in our web shop on the checkout page whether your tax number is in VIES database. If your tax number is not in VIES databese, please contact tax administration office in your country.

If you have VAT exception, please make sure that the billing address you indicate matches the address your VAT number is registered to. Please also be sure that you enter your VAT number correctly AND that the number is valid. Please note – we cannot amend a VAT invoice once it has been issued so please make sure you supply your VAT details before or when placing your order to avoid any problems.

Shipping options

Shipping is calculated by weight automatically in your cart during checkout. Available options are Croatia Post AIR MAIL priority registered shipping service (usually 1-2 weeks to the EU and 2-4 weeks overseas) or DHL International Express (5-7 days to the EU and 7-10 days overseas). Tracking information will be available at 17track, USPS or DHL web tracking service.


All new pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. All pickups are thoroughly tested at various stages along the manufacturing process. Disconnecting the leads at the pickup or removing the coil tape will void the warranty. Breaking the solder joint on pickups with metal covers will void the warranty. Obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the pickup will also void the warranty.

Return policy

  • If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 30 days of receipt date.
  • Return items must be in new and unused condition for a refund unless damaged upon delivery.
  • We will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
