How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers and more.

If your shipping address is in Croatia, you can also choose Cash on Delivery (plaćanje pouzećem). All available payment options are shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment details are encrypted and securely transmitted through our website. Safe shopping is guaranteed.

Do I have to pay VAT?

Orders shipped within Croatia and the EU include VAT.
Orders shipped outside the EU are VAT-free.

Can I buy VAT-free as a company?

Yes. EU companies with a valid VAT number listed in the VIES database can purchase VAT-free.

You can check your VAT number during checkout. If it’s not recognized, please contact your local tax authority.

Make sure your billing address matches the address linked to your VAT number and that the number is entered correctly. VAT invoices cannot be changed once issued.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.

What shipping options are available?

We offer:

  • Croatia Post – AIR MAIL Priority (Registered)
    Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks within the EU and 2–4 weeks worldwide.

  • DHL International Express
    Delivery usually takes 5–10 days within the EU and 7–14 days worldwide.

Do your pickups come with a warranty?

Yes. All pickups come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase and apply to the original owner only. Proof of purchase from Q Pickups or an authorized dealer is required.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

What is your return policy?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned new and unused for a refund, unless they arrived damaged or were not as described.

Who pays for return shipping?

We cover return shipping only if the return is due to our mistake (for example, a wrong or defective item).

Will I have to pay import fees or taxes?

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
